Samsung P270 is an old Samsung cell phone, it work on GSM network but it doesn't support for 3G network. It was announced on 2008, September and now it still available for sale in the market, especially the second hand. Body
Samsung P270 use slide design, the keypad hidden behind the display. When you slide it up, the keypad will appear. The full dimension of P270 is 99.5 x 49 x 15.9 mm (3.92 x 1.93 x 0.63 in).
Display
On the display, Samsung P270 use TFT display with 256K colors, the screen resolution is 176 x 220 pixel and the screen width is 2.2 inches.
Sound
On sound area, Samsung P270 support for polyphonic and mp3 ringtone, you can customize your own ringtone with your favorite songs. It also equipped with loudspeaker. But, one of the weakness is that this phone doesn't equipped with 3.5 mm audio jack.
Memory
For data storage, it has 20 MB internal memory, you can also add more space using external memory card with microSD card. The phone memory can save up to 1000 phone numbers with photo call, it can also save 30 dialed number, 30 received calls, and 30 missed call.
Data
On connection features, Samsung P270 can be connected to the internet via GPRS and EDGE network. On EDGE network, it can reach maximum speed up to 236 Kbps. Although it's an old Samsung cell phone, but it has WiFi feature. To exchange data with another gadget like computer, laptop or notebook, and another phones, you can use Bluetooth. It also equipped with USB port v2.0.
Camera
On camera feature, Samsung P270 has a main camera with quality 2 MP, the camera resolution is 1600 x 1200 pixels. It just has a single camera.
Features
Talking about features, although it included as an old cell phone, but it has many useful features like picture editing and multimedia player. You can also download many application with Java based applications.
