In this month (2012, May), Samsung announced their new cell phone that made for AT&T, this phone named as Samsung Galaxy Appeal. It work on GSM network and support for the 3G network. For the 2G network, it work on GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 while for the 3G network, it work on HSDPA 850 / 1900 / 2100. According to the vendor announcement, this phone will be released at least in 2012, June. The dimensions of the Samsung Galaxy Appeal is 112 x 57.7 x 14.2 mm with weight about 114.2 g. It use QWERTY keyboard that hidden behind the slider. The feature that is pinned in this section is Touch-sensitive controls. For the display, it use Capacitive touchscreen with screen resolution about 320 x 480 pixels and the screen wide is 3.2 inches. As an alert tones, you can use mp3 and WAV ringtones.
To store data to your phone, Samsung provide the external memory card slot for microSD with the maximum space up to 32 GB. To support the system performance, the Samsung Galaxy Appeal also equipped with 512 MB of RAM.
Connection with the internet can be done via GPRS, EDGE, and 3G network. Besides that network, the Samsung Galaxy Appeal also equipped with WLAN feature with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot.
